Opening :

We are busy planning
our 1st ICCPS North America Branch Exhibition in Portland, Oregon. ‘High Mountains and Flowing Water’. We will have 30 scrolls of calligraphy and ink
painting on display from 11 different countries within our branch. In addition,
Ransui Yakata Head of ICCPS, Gregory Cortecero ~ French Branch
Director, and Alex Vasil’eva ~
Russian Branch Director have also sent scrolls to participate with us. We are
honored !
Further, we will also
have 4 different live painting demonstrations at the opening reception.

High Mountains Flowing Water is a classical Chinese song
honoring friendship. The North America Branch of ICCPS is made up of artists with different backgrounds and
styles from all over the world tied together with the same love for Chinese ink
painting and calligraphy. Spanning continents of high mountains, and crossing
oceans of flowing water, the artists hope to share their art with the rest of
the world.
