Yoga at Oregon Society of Artists!

OSA is excited to announce our new summer class...

FLOW FUSION YOGA

with OSA's new yoga instructor,
Chelsey Rae

Summer term: Wednesdays, July 10 - Sept 11
6:15 - 7:15 am
This class is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa sequencing. It is a dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. In this 60-minute class you will practice sun salutations, Standing and floor poses, with focus on gaze point, meditation and guided by a steady breath. Great for beginners to advanced. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Meet your Instructor: Chelsey Rae
Chelsey says she loves practicing yoga because she knows it’s something that is impossible to perfect. There’s no expectation to become a master and she finds comfort in that. It’s a true honor to be a conduit for a practice that she loves. Getting to teach yoga and share this gift with others is something she will never take for granted.
To register for OSA Yoga classes, click on the red button below. you will be directed to our class registration page. Towards the top of this page, under "instructors"  click on the red instructor button titled "yoga".
