OSA Gallery Hours: 
 
Monday - Saturday, 1 - 4 pm daily  (excluding holidays)

Opening Receptions on Sundays afternoons and Friday evenings as announced in event listings.
 
OSA Gallery exhibits and openings are free and open to the public. Visitors are welcome!

OSA's first annual exhibit focused on plein air painting, featuring recent works created outdoors in Oregon and Washington

Opening Reception:
Sunday, September 9,  1 - 3pm

OSA's annual Fall Juried Show of work by our members.  
Our juror, Wayne Jiang, is a new instructor for OSA.  He'll be teaching an acrylic painting class this fall.

The Fall Juried Show does not have a subject theme in order to allow members to have more options for which paintings they’d like to submit.

Cost for entry: $25 one painting, $5 for second painting. Maximum submission is two per artist. Please refer to framing guidelines on the OSA website.

Artwork take-in  (artwork submission open to OSA members only):
  Thursday, September 6, 10am - 3pm
   Friday, September 7, 10am - 1pm
Volunteers needed to help with Fall Juried Show:

Help make this annual show a memorable event for OSA members and community!  Assist with Artwork Take-in, Sept 6-7, or Reception, Sept 9 (noon -3pm).

Student-Teacher Show

This year, OSA students may bring in unlimited paintings finished in classes during the 2017-18 year. $25 1-3 paintings, additional paintings, $5 each. Please identify at take-in which OSA instructor/class your work falls under.  Contact: Steve Kleier, stevekleier14@gmail.com

High Mountains Flowing Water:
International Chinese Calligraphy and Ink Painting Society, North America Branch
October 26 - 29

Opening Reception and Artist Demonstrations:
Friday, October 26,  6 - 10pm
Contemporary and traditional Asian scrolls of calligraphy and ink painting by 33 artists from 11 countries, curated by Casey Shannon, Director of North America Branch.  International Chinese Calligraphic Art and Ink Painters Society (ICCPS) is made up of artists with different backgrounds and styles from all over the world tied together with the same love for Chinese ink painting and calligraphy.n Spanning continents of high mountains, and crossing oceans of flowing water, the artists hope to share their art with the rest of the world.
