Who was this man of artistic talent, that helped introduced a holistic approach to generations of artists, architects and interior designers? Charles Rennie MacKintosh (1868-1928), set new and innovative standards during the European movements of Art Nouveau and Symbolism.

His modern designs in architecture and interior decor, promoted living in total art environments. Bring a friend and join us for this look at the life and work of CRM...where art and architecture become one.

Born in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York, Marcy received her Bachelor Of Fine Arts from Syracuse University. She and her husband explored the Sierra Nevada Region of Northern California before settling in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1991. There Baker discovered monotype printmaking, the ideal method to express her affinity pattern and color. In 2001, Baker moved to the Pacific Northwest, fostering a dramatic shift in both scenery and creative focus.  Her layered process, cultivated by the lush and abundant surroundings of Oregon, embraces techniques drawn from painting and collage, as well as printmaking. A regionally recognized artist throughout the Northwest. Baker’s monotypes, collages, and paintings have been featured in numerous solo, invitational juried exhibitions nationally.

CALL FOR ENTRIES: US Military Veterans Art Exhibit December 9 - 17

This exhibit is open to all US Military veterans. Artwork must be original and created by a US military veteran. Drawing, painting, fine-art printmaking and photography will be accepted. Veterans may enter up to 3 pieces. We are asking for a $10 donation to offset costs and you may be asked to volunteer to sit the gallery for one afternoon. Opening Reception: Sunday, December 9,  2 - 5pm  Art Take In: - Tuesday, December 4, 1-4pm - Wednesday, December 5, 1-4pm and 6-8:30pm Dan Cheney, "New Beginning"
