Oregon Society of Artists  Presents: 200 For Under $200 A 12x12 challenge October 31 - November 1, 2017 $35 nonrefundable fee for first entry, which includes a 12”x12”x ¾” cradled birch panel from American Easel in Salem, Oregon. Additional panels $15 each.  Limit 3 per artist   Awards and Prize Contest winners will be determined by jurist Rene Eisenbart The jurist will consider artistic composition, general appeal and visual excitement.
