Opportunity for OSA Artists: Display and Sell work at the Goose Hollow Days Street Festival
Dear OSA Member, TheGoose Hollow Days Street Festivalon September 15, 2018 will have 10 slots available for OSA artists who desire to display and sell their work. Click here to download the Participant Registration Form. Slots will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. A waiting list will be generated after the first ten slots are filled. Additional slots may become available, but that is not certain at this time. Additional slots, if any, will also be on a first come first served basis.
OSA will not be able to provide 6’ tables this year. They will be needed by the Carol Carter Workshop at OSA that day. If you need a table, Goose Hollow Days will rent one to you for $50. GHD will provide a chair at no cost. GHD will not charge any entry fee or commissions on sales .

The GHD organizing committee is asking OSA members to submit a painting in jpg format for their poster competition.
The winning artist will receive a $200 cash award and that artist's painting will be featured on the GHD poster and other promotional material for the event.
Deadlines:
By noon onJune 18, 2018: Interested OSA artists need to inform Melanie Yoo, mellieyoo@gmail.com, of GHD of their desire to enter the competition.
By noon onJuly 9,2018: Image of painting must be received by GHD. Send file in high-resolution jpg format to Melanie Yoo, mellieyoo@gmail.com

Event: Goose Hollow Days Street Festival
Description: A neighborhood street festival with street vendors, food, and music
Date: Saturday, September 16, 2017.
Time: 11 am – 6pm. (Set up and take down will be in the 2 hours before and 2 hours those times)
Location: SW 19th Ave. Just south of the Multnomah Athletic Club parking lot.
Cost: Free to all artists participating. Artists retain all fees on sales. No commissions taken.
OSA will provide tables and chairs on street for OSA artists.
OSA vendor space will be on street on 19th ave. Currently 100 linear feet available. More space may be opened. Area closed to vehicular traffic after 11:00 am.

Plein Air painters can set up to work and sell on adjacent grassy knoll.
First ever event. Organizers are expecting about 1000 people.
