Greetings and Happy Holidays! The Board of Directors of the Oregon Society of Artists would like to extend to all our volunteers the invitation to participate as an artist in our upcoming show: "Saluting OSA Volunteers."

The strength of our organization depends upon the involvement of volunteers like you, who dedicate time and experience to enhance the quality of offerings at OSA. We would like to thank you very much for your contributions in 2018.

We look forward to seeing your artwork, and wish you success in 2019.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Who is Eligible? If you volunteered at OSA in any part of our organization, BEYOND required gallery sitting for shows you've entered, you are eligible.   ART TAKE-IN Art Take-in Dates and Times: Thursday, January 10,    1pm to 4pm Friday, January 11,    10am to 1pm (No entry fees. Artists may submit 2 pieces of artwork. Please adhere to OSA non-juried framing guidelines, details found on our website.)   NEW FOR 2019:  Online Entry for OSA Shows! Starting January 1, you will be able to submit your take-in information online  before you bring your work into the gallery, all via your very own OSA account. Please go to https://public.osartists.org/public/myaccount to set up your account now. Be sure to use the email address we have on file for you! If you have forgotten your email on file, or encounter any difficulty during the account set-up process, please contact the office for assistance : Email to info@osartists.org or 503-228-0706 during regular business hours (M-F 8:30 am-4:30 pm). Watch for a reminder in early January to enter online: Once the "Saluting OSA Volunteers" Art Show entry feature is active in early January, we will send a take-in reminder and instructions for submitting your entry online via your OSA account. We are very excited about this new feature on our website, making it faster and easier than ever for you to register for shows and pay entry fees. We have also added the ability to register and pay for classes, workshops, and join, renew, or donate all via your OSA account online. Come see what's new at https://www.osartists.org!   VOLUNTEER! Our volunteers help make OSA a special place! We have many opportunities to volunteer, from helping with Gallery activities to volunteer instructors for our Urban 4-H art program in public schools, sitting on committees to help guide the future of OSA, or even helping to tend our garden or library. If you'd like to volunteer we are certain we can find a placement for your talents!
